It is my bad luck that I had to renew my VW Polo insurance with SMC. people here are very unprofessional. lack of training and inability to provide customer satisfaction is very well seen. Its been a Month and a Half, I haven’t received my Policy.
I have the numbers mentioned in the mail, and trust me. all the numbers are either switched off or not reachable.
PS.*THIS IS TO INFORM ALL THAT PLEASE DON’T DEAL SMC IN ANY CASE.
